MyPanditJi Trusted Friend — AI Companion

Trusted Friend is an AI companion, not a real human and not a licensed professional. Conversations are generated by artificial intelligence for emotional support, companionship and astrology-based reflection only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice.

18+ only. You must be at least 18 years old to use Trusted Friend and you confirm this at sign-up.
Birth details. Your name, date, time and place of birth are used only to compute your Vedic astrology chart (Kundali) and personalise conversations. If you don’t know your birth time, a default (12:00 PM) is used and time-dependent results are approximate.
Memory. Trusted Friend may remember details you share to make chats feel personal. You can view and delete these anytime from the 🧠 memory screen in the app.
Delete your chat. From End chat → Delete this chat permanently you can permanently erase a conversation and the Trusted Friend memories formed from it. This is irreversible (it cannot be recovered by refreshing, this device, or WhatsApp) and does not affect your account or subscription. For deletion of your entire account and all associated data, email support@mypanditji.live.
WhatsApp. If you connect via WhatsApp, you consent to receive a secure login link and (optionally) messages. Reply STOP anytime to opt out.
Plans & payments. Free tier (10 responses/day) plus paid plans: ₹19 Day Pass (one-time, 24h, 60 responses), ₹99/month Friend+ and ₹199/month Companion (auto-renewing monthly subscriptions, cancel anytime). All billed securely via Razorpay and subject to our Fair Usage Policy. See the Refund Policy.
Safety. If you express thoughts of self-harm, Trusted Friend will share real crisis helplines. In an emergency call 112 (India) or a helpline immediately.

A "question" is counted only when Pandit Ji delivers a complete, personalised answer; greetings, acknowledgements and the information you provide (e.g. birth or partner details) are not counted. Beyond the first free question:

Recharge packs (one-time): ₹10 = 1 question · ₹20 = 3 questions · ₹50 = 7 questions. Recharge questions are credited instantly and do not expire.
All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Pricing may change with notice on this page.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Trusted Friend — Plans, Subscriptions & Fair Usage

Free — ₹0: up to 10 AI responses/day (IST) and 100/month.
Day Pass — ₹19: up to 60 AI responses, valid 24 hours. One-time payment, not a subscription and does not auto-renew.
Friend+ — ₹99/month: up to 50 responses/day and 300/billing month. Auto-renewing monthly subscription until cancelled.
Companion — ₹199/month: up to 100 responses/day and 800/billing month. Auto-renewing monthly subscription until cancelled.

Friend+ and Companion automatically renew every month at the disclosed price until you cancel. You may cancel future renewal anytime from the in-app Manage Plan screen; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep already-paid access until the end of the current billing period. The recurring amount and frequency are disclosed before you subscribe.

Data deletion: You may permanently delete any Trusted Friend conversation from within the app (End chat → Delete this chat permanently). This removes that conversation and the Trusted Friend memories derived from it; the action is irreversible and cannot be recovered by page refresh, the same device/browser, or by logging in again via WhatsApp. Your account, other conversations, memories and any active subscription are not affected. For deletion of your entire account and all associated personal data, email support@mypanditji.live from your registered details and we will process it in line with applicable law.

Fair Usage Policy: Trusted Friend is for normal personal conversational use. All plans are subject to reasonable fair-usage, technical, safety and abuse-prevention limits. Excessive, automated, scripted, repetitive or bot-generated usage may be rate-limited, slowed, restricted or suspended to protect service availability and fair access. Paid plans do not grant unrestricted capacity or automated/bulk usage. We prefer progressive controls (rate limits, cooldowns, warnings) before suspension except in cases of clear abuse, fraud or security risk. Trusted Friend is 18+ and does not guarantee any astrological, relationship, financial, medical or other outcome.

प्रकृति: यह सेवा केवल ज्योतिषीय अनुकूलता (कुंडली मिलान) पर आधारित एक मार्गदर्शन सेवा है। ₹299 शुल्क केवल कुंडली निर्माण व ज्योतिषीय डेटा विश्लेषण के लिए है। यह किसी match, रिश्ते, सगाई या विवाह की गारंटी नहीं है और न ही कोई विवाह-मध्यस्थता (marriage brokerage) सेवा है।

पात्रता: Matchmaking का उपयोग करने के लिए आपकी आयु 18 वर्ष या अधिक होनी चाहिए और आप विवाह हेतु कानूनी रूप से स्वतंत्र (अविवाहित/तलाकशुदा/विधवा-विधुर) होने चाहिए। गलत जानकारी देना, विवाहित होकर स्वयं को अविवाहित बताना, या किसी और के नाम से प्रोफाइल बनाना सख्त वर्जित है।

सहमति व गोपनीयता: परिचय double opt-in पर आधारित है — दोनों की रुचि के बाद ही निजी chat खुलती है। आपका फ़ोन नंबर व सटीक जन्म विवरण आपकी अनुमति के बिना साझा नहीं किए जाते।

आचरण: chat में फ़ोन नंबर/email/social handle साझा करना, पैसे या दहेज की माँग करना, अभद्र भाषा, उत्पीड़न, धमकी या किसी भी प्रकार का दुर्व्यवहार प्रतिबंधित है। ऐसा करने पर प्रोफाइल स्थायी रूप से हटाई जा सकती है। हम chat की moderation करते हैं; आप किसी भी समय block या report कर सकते हैं।

समाप्ति व re-matching: बातचीत समाप्त (disconnect) करने पर एक निर्धारित cooldown अवधि के बाद आपको नए अनुकूल प्रोफाइल सुझाए जा सकते हैं। किसी को block करने पर वही प्रोफाइल दोबारा नहीं सुझाई जाएगी।
