MyPanditJi Trusted Friend — AI Companion

Trusted Friend is an AI companion, not a real human and not a licensed professional. Conversations are generated by artificial intelligence for emotional support, companionship and astrology-based reflection only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice.

• 18+ only. You must be at least 18 years old to use Trusted Friend and you confirm this at sign-up.
• Birth details. Your name, date, time and place of birth are used only to compute your Vedic astrology chart (Kundali) and personalise conversations. If you don’t know your birth time, a default (12:00 PM) is used and time-dependent results are approximate.
• Memory. Trusted Friend may remember details you share to make chats feel personal. You can view and delete these anytime from the 🧠 memory screen in the app.
• Delete your chat. From End chat → Delete this chat permanently you can permanently erase a conversation and the Trusted Friend memories formed from it. This is irreversible (it cannot be recovered by refreshing, this device, or WhatsApp) and does not affect your account or subscription. For deletion of your entire account and all associated data, email support@mypanditji.live.
• WhatsApp. If you connect via WhatsApp, you consent to receive a secure login link and (optionally) messages. Reply STOP anytime to opt out.
• Plans & payments. Free tier (10 responses/day) plus paid plans: ₹19 Day Pass (one-time, 24h, 60 responses), ₹99/month Friend+ and ₹199/month Companion (auto-renewing monthly subscriptions, cancel anytime). All billed securely via Razorpay and subject to our Fair Usage Policy. See the Refund Policy.
• Safety. If you express thoughts of self-harm, Trusted Friend will share real crisis helplines. In an emergency call 112 (India) or a helpline immediately.

Trusted Friend — Plans, Payments and Subscription Information

Trusted Friend offers free and paid access: the ₹19 Daily Pass (one-time, 60 responses/24 hours), the ₹99/month Friend+ subscription and the ₹199/month Companion subscription (both auto-renewing monthly until cancelled).

When you purchase a paid plan, we may process and retain information including your selected plan, amount paid, transaction/order/subscription identifier, payment status, subscription status, activation/renewal/expiry information, usage entitlement and billing-related records.

Payments and recurring subscriptions are processed through third-party payment service providers (Razorpay). Trusted Friend does not intend to store complete card numbers, CVV codes, UPI PINs, online-banking passwords or similar sensitive payment credentials.

We may use payment, subscription and usage information to activate purchased benefits, enforce plan limits and our Fair Usage Policy, manage renewals or cancellations, process eligible refunds, prevent fraud and abuse, provide customer support, maintain legally required accounting/tax records, and understand the performance of our services.

Fair Usage Policy

Trusted Friend is designed for normal personal conversational use. All free and paid plans are subject to reasonable fair-usage, technical, safety and abuse-prevention limits.

Excessive, automated, scripted, repetitive, bot-generated or otherwise abnormal usage may be temporarily rate-limited, slowed, restricted or suspended where reasonably necessary to protect service availability, security and fair access for other users. Paid subscriptions do not provide unrestricted computational capacity or permission for automated/bulk usage.

Wherever practical we use progressive controls such as rate limits, temporary cooldowns or warnings before suspension, except in cases of clear abuse, automation, fraud or security risk. Exact response allowances for each plan are shown before purchase and in the FAQ.
