1. General Policy
Due to the personalized and digital nature of services, all sales are generally final.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered in:
- Duplicate payments
- Technical failures preventing service delivery
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Dissatisfaction with predictions
- Change of mind
- Partial usage of service
4. Request Timeline
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours.
5. Processing Time & Method
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
All refunds are processed back to the original source/method of payment used for the transaction (e.g. the same card, UPI, net-banking or wallet). We do not issue refunds through any alternate payment method.
6. Plans, Recharges & Subscription (Daily WhatsApp Horoscope)
Every user receives 1 free personalised horoscope + their first personal question free. Beyond that, the following paid options are available (billed via Razorpay):
a) Question Recharge Packs (one-time)
- ₹10 → 1 question
- ₹20 → 3 questions
- ₹50 → 7 questions
- Recharge questions are credited to your account instantly after payment and do not expire.
b) ₹99/month Daily Plan (subscription)
- ₹99 per month, auto-renewing until cancelled.
- Includes the daily TODAY horoscope free every morning + 1 free complete question per day (resetting at 00:00 IST).
- You authorise these recurring charges at the time of subscribing.
Cancellation
- You may cancel the subscription anytime — there is no lock-in period.
- To cancel, reply STOP on WhatsApp, or email support@mypanditji.live from your registered details.
- Cancellation stops all future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
No Refund on Recharges / Subscriptions
- Recharge pack payments are non-refundable, whether or not the credited questions have been used.
- Subscription charges already billed for the current cycle (including any ₹99 monthly charge already processed) are non-refundable.
- Cancelling stops future billing but does not refund the current or past billing cycles.
- Exceptions apply only to duplicate payments or technical failures, as described in sections 2–4 above.
