MyPanditJi Trusted Friend — AI Companion

Trusted Friend is an AI companion, not a real human and not a licensed professional. Conversations are generated by artificial intelligence for emotional support, companionship and astrology-based reflection only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice.

  • 18+ only. You must be at least 18 years old to use Trusted Friend and you confirm this at sign-up.
  • Birth details. Your name, date, time and place of birth are used only to compute your Vedic astrology chart (Kundali) and personalise conversations. If you don’t know your birth time, a default (12:00 PM) is used and time-dependent results are approximate.
  • Memory. Trusted Friend may remember details you share to make chats feel personal. You can view and delete these anytime from the 🧠 memory screen in the app.
  • Delete your chat. From End chat → Delete this chat permanently you can permanently erase a conversation and the Trusted Friend memories formed from it. This is irreversible (it cannot be recovered by refreshing, this device, or WhatsApp) and does not affect your account or subscription. For deletion of your entire account and all associated data, email support@mypanditji.live.
  • WhatsApp. If you connect via WhatsApp, you consent to receive a secure login link and (optionally) messages. Reply STOP anytime to opt out.
  • Plans & payments. Free tier (10 responses/day) plus paid plans: ₹19 Day Pass (one-time, 24h, 60 responses), ₹99/month Friend+ and ₹199/month Companion (auto-renewing monthly subscriptions, cancel anytime). All billed securely via Razorpay and subject to our Fair Usage Policy. See the Refund Policy.
  • Safety. If you express thoughts of self-harm, Trusted Friend will share real crisis helplines. In an emergency call 112 (India) or a helpline immediately.

What is MyPanditJi Trusted Friend?

Trusted Friend is a personal AI companion that chats with you in a warm, friendly way and blends in Vedic astrology (your Kundali) for guidance and reflection. You pick a companion (Meera, Tara, Aarav or Aniket) and talk about whatever is on your mind.

Is Trusted Friend a real person?

No. Trusted Friend is an artificial-intelligence companion — not a real human and not a licensed astrologer, doctor, therapist, lawyer or financial advisor. It is for companionship, entertainment and astrology-based reflection only.

Do I have to be 18?

Yes. Trusted Friend is strictly for users aged 18 and above. You confirm you are 18+ when you sign up.

Why do you need my birth date, time and place?

These are used only to calculate your Vedic astrology chart (Kundali) — your Lagna, Moon sign, Nakshatra, Dasha and more — so conversations can be personalised. We do not sell your personal data.

I don’t know my exact birth time — can I still use it?

Yes. Tick “I don’t know my birth time” and we’ll use a default of 12:00 PM. Your Moon sign, Nakshatra and Dasha remain reliable, but house/ascendant-based details will be approximate. For the most accurate reading, provide your exact time.

How does WhatsApp login work?

Message our Trusted Friend WhatsApp number and we send a secure, single-use link that logs you in — no password needed. You can reply STOP anytime to stop messages.

What does it cost?

Free: ₹0 with up to 10 AI responses per day (100/month). Day Pass: ₹19 for up to 60 AI responses valid 24 hours (one-time, does NOT auto-renew). Friend+: ₹99/month (up to 50 responses/day and 300/billing month). Companion: ₹199/month (up to 100 responses/day and 800/billing month). Friend+ and Companion are auto-renewing monthly subscriptions you can cancel anytime. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay with a GST invoice.

Are Friend+ and Companion auto-renewing? How do I cancel?

Yes — Friend+ (₹99/month) and Companion (₹199/month) automatically renew every month until you cancel. The Day Pass (₹19) is one-time and does NOT auto-renew. You can cancel future renewal anytime from the in-app Manage Plan screen; you keep your already-paid access until the end of the current billing period, and it will not renew after that.

Is there a usage limit / Fair Usage Policy?

Yes. Trusted Friend is for normal personal conversational use and every plan (free and paid) is subject to a Fair Usage Policy with the daily/monthly response allowances shown above, plus abuse-prevention rate limits. Excessive, automated, scripted, repetitive or bot-like usage may be temporarily rate-limited or restricted to keep the service fast and fair for everyone. Genuine long conversations are fine — we use short cooldowns and warnings before any restriction except in cases of clear abuse.

Can I get a refund?

Please see our Refund Policy. Because Trusted Friend delivers a digital service immediately, refunds are limited — details and exceptions are on the Refund page.

Does Trusted Friend remember me?

Yes — it keeps helpful details you share so chats feel continuous. You can view and delete anything it remembers from the 🧠 memory screen in the app at any time.

What if I’m going through a crisis?

If you share thoughts of self-harm, Trusted Friend will pause astrology and share real crisis helplines (e.g. AASRA +91 98204 66726, Vandrevala 1860 2662 345, Emergency 112). Please reach out to a real person immediately.

How is this different from a horoscope?

A horoscope is one-way text. Trusted Friend is a two-way conversation — you can ask follow-ups, share feelings and get personalised, chart-aware responses.
